The Role

We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our New Jersey Officer and play a key role in delivering complex energy and systems integration projects. In this position, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of advanced control, monitoring, and automation solutions across IT and OT environments. You’ll move beyond routine engineering tasks, applying deep technical expertise to architect, programme, test, and commission mission-critical systems for our customers. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver end-to-end design, programming, testing, and commissioning of EPMS/SCADA and power monitoring systems for mission-critical facilities, ensuring compliance, reliability, and successful project outcomes.
  • Lead daily site activities and coordinate applications engineers to deliver large customer projects while managing smaller projects end-to-end, including progress tracking, stakeholder coordination, and milestone reporting.
  • Design and deploys secure network infrastructure for SCADA, EPMS, and power monitoring systems.
  • Develop customized SCADA software, including dashboards, monitoring screens, alarm workflows, and reports.

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a project-level role within energy systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, networking, PLC programming (MODBUS, CANBUS, OCPP), and communications protocols.
