Employer Branding and Communications Specialist

Job Description

• Develop and implement local Communication Concept in line with Global Communication Strategy;
• Develop and manage internal communication programs;
• Provide Intranet Administration, content management;
• Refine core messaging to ensure organizational consistency in all aspects of communication including development, organizing and education;
• Measure and present results of communication efforts;
• Lead on the delivery of communications projects including internal report and annual engagement activity.
• Work closely with Office management and Events departments to refine internal and external event and initiative concepts to comply with the brand and company values;
• Support Talent Acquisition team in internal and external events and campaigns, to position the company as a top employer and attract new talent. Develop campaign concepts, co-operate with TA team on execution, support on messaging & creating of visual materials;
• Co-operate and lead projects with 3rd parties: external agencies, partners and suppliers, including photographers, videographers and graphic designers, in various employer branding and communications related initiatives.
• Develop and implement social media strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or closely related field;
• At least 3 years of experience in communications, media relations, creative writing and editing or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience;
• Excellent oral, written, presentation and communication skills; 
• Proven track record in project management;
• Fluency in English;
• Experience in the use of web-based management systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
