As an Associate Technical Support Analyst, you will be part of Infor MES’ Support team, providing exceptional front-line technical assistance for our industry-leading software application. You’ll be a key player in helping customers maximize the value of their Infor solution by resolving issues, identifying workarounds, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure long-term customer success. This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

A Typical Day in the Life Includes:

Respond to incoming support requests via Infor’s case management system, email, and other support channels.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to Infor applications, configurations, and environments.
Escalate complex or critical cases to Line analysts or development teams, ensuring clear documentation of the issue.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, and Consulting, to drive resolutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate case documentation to support knowledge sharing and customer transparency.
Stay current on product updates, enhancements, and industry best practices through continuous learning and training.
Contribute to the creation of knowledge base articles, FAQs, and self-help guides.

Basic Qualifications:

Analytical and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with relational databases, SQL queries, and web technologies (HTML, XML, APIs).
Have a customer-centric mindset with experience solving complex problems
