The Opportunity

As Senior Sales Operations Analyst, Enterprise Digital Media, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our $3B Global Digital Media Enterprise Business. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with the leaders of our Americas Government and Americas BDR teams by providing analytics, insights, inspection, and operational rigor to drive their business. Your analytical proficiency and business context will be instrumental in forecasting and guiding a global organization as it continues its growth trajectory with AI solutions. Join us in building a scalable business, standardizing best practices globally, and driving a culture of accountability and excellence.

What You'll Do

  • Provide direct business partner support to senior sales leaders.
  • Lead the weekly sales outlook process across all levels of the sales organization - using sales team insights and predictive analytics to run an accurate outlook. (Whereas Government Sales Ops “outlook” refers to Net ASV, BDR “outlook” refers to pipeline generation).
  • Merge customer insights and financial modeling to synthesize business narratives to share with senior leadership across sales, operations, finance, and product.
  • Lead a weekly and quarterly cadence of pipeline inspection, focusing on in-quarter and out-quarter items, ensuring sales leaders focus on critical KPI's and are always building for the future. Align BDR teams to out-quarter focus areas.
  • Serve as the liaison between sales and marketing operations to pivot and track BDR strategies and contribution
  • Play a significant role in GTM strategy and execution, including territory building and quota modeling, to optimize sales structure.
  • Support sales team operations in systems such as Anaplan, SFDC, and Clari.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of equivalent practical experience in sales operations, GTM, sales finance, or a related function.
  • Proven financial modeling experience and incredible attention to detail.
  • Outstanding critical thinking skills and the ability to effectively partner with senior-level sales leadership.
  • Ability to independently manage ambiguous areas of the business that do not operate per the status quo
  • Ability to successfully implement strategies and drive focus towards ambitious goals.
  • Strong communication skills to present forecasts and business narratives confidently.
  • Ability to thrive, prioritize, and pivot in a fast-paced enterprise sales environment, effectively managing multiple priorities during high-pressure periods such as quarter-end.
