Unique Skills:

Fluent in the utilization of Maximo to include all modules containing asset management and inventory management. Experince with data analytics and Power Bi. Experience with excel coding for automated reporting and analytics.

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 8 years experience in equipment maintenance or Facilities planning to include CMMS and Inventory management experience. 

Position Purpose:
Provides a full range of Facilities systems expertise. Under minimal supervision, researches, analyzes, maintains, and implements systems in support of Facility Services. Provides super user and subject matter expert support for all Facilities systems to the entire Gulfstream Real Estate portfolio. Develop processes and procedures in support of all maintenance planning, CMMS, and inventory related activities relevant to Gulfstream's CMMS System and Inventory management Program. Provide guidance and support to the management team supporting the overall vision of the Gulfstream maintenance organization.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:  1. Leads the analysis, design, and testing efforts to support all system enhancements, upgrades, interfaces, and software expansions across all Facility managed systems .
2. Develop philosophy and ensure compliance for all securities, licensing, naming conventions, workflow strategies, and system records to ensure documented policies and procedures are compliant within the CMMS system .
3. Ensure all facility management systems and 3rd party activities (Maximo Hosting, ISES Software) are functioning within contractual agreements to ensure all applications are operating with full performance and reliability .
4. Coordinate and lead all facility services software migrations onto new technology platforms .
5. Lead cross functional teams to develop comprehensive solutions for facilities related technology problems or process improvement opportunities .
6. Develop and publish all custom reports for all facilities software platforms .
7. Monitor, update, and publish all Enterprise wide KPI’s and Monthly reporting Metrics .
8. Develop asset life cycle review program for all critical assets and update system records in the ISES Facility Condition Software as required .
9. Provide all data analytic reporting for all critical equipment with recommendations for predictive maintenance strategies .
10. Develop all budgetary requirements to support all system upgrades and end user licensing requirements .

Other Requirements:  1. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with all aspects of facilities.
2. Strong knowledge of maintenance operations of advanced equipment in a manufacturing environment.
3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Considerable knowledge of MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and IBM (Maximo).
