Customer Service Representative

Overview

Welcome to Elements Massage Kildaire Farm Road in Cary, NC. We're looking for a Customer Representative to work our day shift, Monday - Thursday. This role will also have the ability to help with events and perform other business development activities. This is a great position for someone that wants to grow with a studio. We are looking to start this person mid-to-late July. 

 

A major component of the role is the ability to sell our membership to our clients. Each membership sale comes with commission. 

 

We have made a great name for ourselves in the short time we have been open by treating our customers well and providing the best service possible. Our studio has a modern look and feel with variable lighting in each room, hydrolic tables, music and more.

 

 

Responsibilities

This role will require the following:

• Membership sales
• Collaboration with team members
• Problem solving and thinking on the fly
• Dealing with difficults situations and customers
• Working with our Mindbody platform and other applications

 

Qualifications

• Customer service focus (previous experience is a plus)
• Positive attitude
• Ability to speak with clients
• Having previously sold memberships is a plus.
