About the role

Job Overview


Under the direction of the supervisor, this position is responsible for the daily distribution of resources and facilitating patient throughput. This position develops new processes and implements new procedures including training staff as needed, also maintains accuracy of data and tasks. Performs competency evaluations of clerical personnel. This position also performs the duties of a unit coordinator as required, must meet all requirements and demonstrates ongoing proficiency in required skills. Maintains schedules, assists in maintaining payroll, and acts as back up with unit coordinator duties. Maintains inventory of forms and ordering of supplies.


Job Requirements


High School Degree 

Knowledge of computer systems and able to perform computer tasks 

1-2 years experience in a related field
