A Day in the Life

We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on - 30 October 2025.

We’re looking for a proactive, hands-on Operations Supervisor to lead our 1st shift assembly operations at the Plymouth Nathan Lane facility. In this role, you’ll provide direct leadership and support to a team of 50 employees, driving production and quality across three key products - Abre, HawkOne, and MVP - in our Peripheral Vascular Health portfolio. You’ll be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, promoting operational excellence, and ensuring that our manufacturing goals are met safely, efficiently, and with a focus on continuous improvement. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

  • Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.

  • Plans and administers procedures and budgets.

  • Makes budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor.

  • Selects and develops personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function.

  • Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas.

  • Management Skills: Management of Financial and Material Resources, Critical Thinking, Project Management, Management of Personnel Resources, Collaboration and Productivity Software, Effective Communication Skills.

  • Functional Skills: Machining and Manufacturing Technologies, Proficient computer skills, Data Science and Analysis, Lean Manufacturing and continued improvement, Managing Quality.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of production environment experience

Nice To Have

  • 5+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment

  • Experience supervising manufacturing staff, handling all aspects of talent management, including hiring, coaching, scheduling, and disciplinary procedures.

  • Experience in a regulated industry such as medical devices.

  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

  • Excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Work experience with the following: FDA Quality System Regulations, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), ISO 13485, ISO 9001 standards or equivalent.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$81,600.00 - $122,400.00
