As a working student/intern, you’ll play an integral role in driving daily operations and collaborating on exciting projects that bring our innovative use cases to life. The ideal candidate has a technical background, especially in SAP technologies, interest in business, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, independent work approach.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support the technical setup and maintenance of demos, applications, and environments used in the SAP Experience Center
  • Support the Automation projects across Expereince Center’s
  • Help prepare process flows, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation based on business requirements
  • Assist in identifying potential improvements along the customer journey in the SAP Experience Center
  • Contribute to innovation and transformation initiatives across the Experience Center community.Provide technical support for customer demonstrations, internal projects, and Experience Center activities
  • Support the team in testing, prototyping, and exploring new technologies


What you bring 

 

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, ideally in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related IT field
  • Programming experience in JavaScript and TypeScript; familiarity with Vue.js is a plus
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Interest in learning and exploring new technologies and supporting innovation projects
  • Basic understanding or curiosity about hardware environments (e.g., PCs, AV equipment, technical setups) is a plus
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to work on-site in Munich

You’ll be joining the Experience Content & Labs team, the creative force behind the content, strategy, and continuous evolution of these centers. We shape impactful customer journeys and bring SAP’s innovations to life. We're looking for enthusiastic team players who are excited to support customer engagements, help prepare inspiring meeting experiences, and contribute to the development of new use cases that demonstrate the real value of SAP technology.
