Job Title: Residential Care Staff (Overnights) 

Location: Grand Villa of Deland, Deland, Florida

Job Description:

Grand Villa of Deland is seeking dedicated and experienced residential care staff to join our team at our beautiful senior living facility. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to our residents in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide compassionate and attentive care to residents during the evening hours

- Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility

- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the appropriate personnel

- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

- Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and well-being

- Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest quality of care

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in residential care or a similar role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Compassionate and patient demeanor

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
