What are we looking for?

• Strong hands-on experience with Java 8 (at least 5 years)
• Proven knowledge of Struts, Spring, WebSphere, and JavaScript
• Ability to work effectively in complex, demanding environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proactive, dynamic, and comfortable working autonomously
• A referenced senior profile with recognized technical expertise
• Ability to collaborate with both technical and functional teams
