Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will:

  • Provide medication administration and wound care
  • Monitor to ensure appropriate and timely nursing documentation
  • Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care to providers and patient families
  • Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
