Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will:
- Provide medication administration and wound care
- Monitor to ensure appropriate and timely nursing documentation
- Communicate pertinent information regarding patient care to providers and patient families
- Current LPN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
