Job Title:              Sr. Financial Analyst       Reports To:         Forecasting & Budget Manager                                  Job Description: Prepare each division’s percentage of completion (POC) schedule and obtain explanations for unusual variances on individual projects.Coordinate research and review of POC schedules between project accountants, project engineers and division management.Prepare and review working capital schedules on an individual project and overall division basis.Prepare consolidated reports of domestic percentage of completion schedule with international subsidiary financial schedules in USD.Prepare schedules for annual audits related to POC schedules. Qualifications: Large project manufacturing accounting with percentage of completion is a significant plus.Strong financial analytical skills for researching errors or variances.Excellent oral and written communication skills (position includes frequent communication with operational personnel and executives).Strong financial report writing skills for researching within the ERP system.Ability to produce dependable quality work that is highly accurate.Confidence to defend a position with logical reasoning and state position using clear, concise, and compelling reasons in an upbeat manner.EXPERT spreadsheet skills are mandatory; these will have to be demonstrated by an existing spreadsheet created and operated by the candidate.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting preferred.Five or more years of experience required. Although not required, experience with Dynamics SL, Microsoft Business Central, and/or Crystal Reports would be a plus. Working at Zeeco means being part of a people-centric culture and environment built on mutual respect, personal encouragement, professional integrity, and limitless opportunity.
