Master Data & BI Analyst (m/f/d)

Are you a dynamic professional with a knack for data and business intelligence? Join our team as a Master Data & BI Analyst! In this hybrid role, you'll be the linchpin for master data management and business intelligence solutions across the EMEA region. Working closely with our Reporting Director, you'll ensure our multi-ERP environment runs smoothly and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive growth.

• Own and manage the master data feeding into our Power BI environment, including SKU data, product and segment hierarchies, product cost assignments, and salesperson targets.

• Monitor and enforce the accuracy and consistency of master data inputs into the reporting environment, ensuring high-quality data for decision-making.

• Actively participate in the development of Power BI reports as part of the EMEA region BI Roadmap, enhancing our reporting capabilities.

• Document core processes, especially those that are enhanced or newly introduced, ensuring clarity and continuity in our data management practices.

• Collaborate with Signode IT, business stakeholders, and external resources to ensure alignment and support for reporting initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong skills in Office 365 (especially MS Excel), basic SQL/SSIS, and super-user proficiency in major BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.

• Proven experience managing master data within an ERP and/or BI environment, either manually or via third-party tools.

• Diploma or degree in IT/Informatics, Business Administration, or Finance, with several years of relevant experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, capable of conveying complex data concepts to diverse audiences; able to work independently with a proactive approach to collaboration.

• Inquisitive and willing to learn about various business functions; demonstrates agility, versatility, and flexibility in adapting to new challenges and improving partially structured environments.
