Calabrio is looking for Principal Architect, Enterprise Applications and Data to support transformation program and drive enterprise architecture roadmap and governance.

What you’ll be doing:
- The Principal Architect will be responsible for leading the design and development of Information System Architecture and Technology Framework for formulating multi-cloud and automation strategy across all type of consumption method IaaS/PaaS/SaaS.
- Develop a library of deployable and documented cloud native design patterns, based on the organization’s application portfolio, business processes and commercial products offerings.
- Define enterprise data strategy and develop the guidelines and standards for cataloging and maintaining data repositories.
- Maintain enterprise-wide integrity of the data model by ensuring that data design and transformation procedures are implemented and followed.
- Participates in the development of a usable information architecture, which may include a data model, associated metamodel, common business vocabulary, and taxonomies, which will then be used to guide solution development and achieve consistency of information assets across the application portfolio.
- Lead and host cross functional governance forum to further the agenda of enterprise digital services across IT, digital operations, and products integration.
- Analyze enterprise digital business drivers, the current technology environment to detect critical deficiencies, recommend solutions for improvement and develop strategies aligning digital services to the business.
- Ensure critical applications and business processes are designed and optimized for cloud-native, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Advocate and define cloud architecture vision from a strategic perspective, including internal and external platforms, tools, and systems.
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity organization to instill the culture of “Secure-by-Design” and ensure digital trust and cyber resilience in every aspect of enterprise architecture.
- Designing major aspects of the architecture of an application, including components such as user interface, middleware, and infrastructure
- Work with partner organization to ensure technology operations are in alignment with enterprise architecture and assurance compliance requirements.
- Identify the white space to implement most cost-effective means of achieving organizational goals.
- Be champion of digital enterprise discipline and participate/offer user training, educational sessions to internal / external users.
We’re looking for:
- Extensive knowledge of cloud native architecture and implementation features (platform-as-a-service, infrastructure-as-a-code, multi-tenancy, orchestration, elastic scalability, service telemetry, and management.)
- Strong understanding of Service-Oriented-Architecture (SOA), microservices and serverless architecture design principles.
- Ability to span high level and low-level analysis and design across different technologies for application and technology domains.
- Ability to map complex business processes and define target state architecture with the appropriate use of application technologies, automation, and integrations.
- Strong understanding of business process re-engineering principles and processes.
- Strong understanding of network architecture and application development methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in enterprise architecture modelling solutions such as Avolution or Ardoq
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Revenue and Service Cloud) and Oracle-NetSuite
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Data and Service Integration stack – API management, Synapse, Purview, Data Factory, Key-Vault, and others.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as enterprise architect – must have worked on large enterprise-wide infrastructure, applications, and business process transformation.
- Industry recognized certification - TOGAF 9 is mandatory. Other certification will be an added advantage e.g., MS AZ-305, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
