The Role

Do you enjoy finding the right words, stories, and design to deliver the right message in the right way at the right time? Narrative Writers at Kyndryl help teams develop, create, and edit content to inspire our customers and help teams meet their goals. Collaborate with creative and technical professionals across Kyndryl to produce and refine compelling narratives, contribute to conceptual design deliverables, and capture our customer success stories.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position is 

$81,930 to $188,790  based on a full-time schedule.  Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience.  For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise  

• The ability to draft, edit, and deliver compelling copy while meeting assorted voice, tone, and style requirements. 

• Experience collaborating with diverse teams to develop narratives that are persuasive and technically sound. 

• The capacity to accept, synthesize, and employ feedback from a diverse set of stakeholders across creative and non-creative disciplines. 

• Comfort diving into unfamiliar subject matter and conducting self-directed research. 

• Practice co-leading workshops with technical and creative colleagues to uncover and improve messaging strategies. 

• A commitment to maintain the highest standards of grammar and style across all deliverables, large and small. 

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise  

• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to synthesize complex information quickly from multiple sources. 

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with clients and internal stakeholders. 

• Attention to detail to the language and relationship dynamics of key stakeholders. 

• Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Suite, Miro or Mural, & whiteboard. 

• Commitment to consistently improve abilities and continuously ‘wow’ clients. 

Required Education
