A concrete floor coating specialist applies durable, high-quality coatings to concrete surfaces, enhancing both aesthetics and functionality.  This role involves surface preparation, coating applications, and ensuring a flawless finish.  Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, quality-focused and have experience in painting and are mechanically inclined.  Comprehensive training is provided with opportunities for advancement, making this a hands-on, rewarding role in a rapidly growing industry. Requirements

Job Skills/Requirements:

·       Construction experience/mechanical aptitude.

·       Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the shop.

·       Positive attitude and team player mentality.

·       Operate a truck with a trailer attached.

·       Adheres to proper safety techniques.

·       Builds and sustains positive homeowner relations.

·       Ability to follow directions and learn our installation process.

Required High School Diploma or equivalent
