Job Description

Fandango is seeking a Sr. Technical Product Manager to lead the development & implementation of B2B data solutions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product success. You will oversee data products, ensure product quality, and drive product development within an agile framework. 

Product Development & Implementation

  • Lead the development and implementation of data products, collaborating closely with technical and business stakeholders. 

  • Oversee data infrastructure to support product performance and reliability. 

Agile Management: 

  • Co-Lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. 

  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize immediate and long-term backlog items. 

Backlog & Roadmap Management: 

  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with product strategy and business goals. 

  • Communicate roadmap updates to internal teams and stakeholders. 

Process & Documentation: 

  • Document and optimize product development processes. 

  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for data solutions and workflows. 

Release Management: 

  • Communicate release notes and updates to internal teams, including customer success managers. 

Technical Support: 

  • Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and triage incoming support requests. 

QA & Testing: 

  • Co-manage the QA team and oversee end-to-end testing processes to ensure product quality. 

User Research: 

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for product improvements. 

Financial Documentation: 

  • Handle monthly invoice processing and financial documentation related to data products. 

Feedback Integration: 

  • Gather and incorporate feedback from sales and studio teams to inform product planning and strategy. 

 

Qualifications

Basic Requirements: 

  • 3+ years experience in data product management, including MarTech or AdTech products.
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies  
  • Experience with data privacy laws (e.g., CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, VPPA).
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams. 

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience with Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools 
  • Experience leading remote teams in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
  • High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
