Job Description
The Manager, Technology Continuity, will report to a Director of Technology Continuity and work in coordination with the Business Continuity/Crisis Management Team and Technology Continuity Officers across the enterprise. The Manager will develop, maintain, and assist in implementing technology continuity strategies and solutions, including but not limited to, risk assessments, recovery strategy development, and plan exercises. This role will be based in Los Angeles, Denver, or New York City. Responsibilities
· Identify and liaise with key stakeholders within each business to develop effective working relationships, set continuity and resiliency goals, review, revise, and exercise technology continuity plans.
· Partner with technology teams to develop and maintain technology continuity plans consistent with NBCU Technology Continuity Standards and corporate business continuity and crisis management requirements.
· Develop and conduct technology continuity exercises across the enterprise consistent with corporate technology continuity standards. Deliver after action reports and improvement plans.
· Assists in response and coordination to disruptions and events across the enterprise as needed.
· Perform assessments and provide analyses for businesses to identify points of vulnerability, points of failure and identify risk avoidance and mitigation strategies.
· Develop status reports capturing technology preparedness, capabilities, recoverability, and prepare management summary reports.
· Regular use and maintenance of BC/CM IT systems including Fusion Risk Management and NBCU CMDB.
· Gather, analyze, and report program status, metrics and KPI s to leadership.

Salary range: $110,000- $130,000
Qualifications
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in Technology Continuity, Disaster Recovery or related role
· Experience in continuity planning across various IT platforms: including but not limited to storage, cloud services, and websites.
· Prior experience with media distribution technologies preferred.
· Proactive, well organized, and results-oriented, with the ability to lead and participate in multiple projects simultaneously.
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in project management or similar work experience
· A Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
