Job Summary

A senior product designer role focused on transforming complex workflows into intuitive, adaptive interfaces. The designer will craft systems that inspire trust, clarity, and efficiency—building scalable frameworks, bold aesthetics, and inventive interactions that evolve over time. This person should have a track record of resetting expectations, scaling impactful work, shaping behaviors, and blending art direction, motion, and systems thinking into experiences that go beyond the screen.

This is a 3-week project starting October 6th, 2025.

Responsibilities

• Distill multi-layered workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys.

• Lead and evolve modular, composable systems that scale intelligently.

• Design for emerging behaviors, building experiences that push new interaction models.

• Prototype the future using motion, AI, and dynamic interfaces to communicate ideas tangibly.

• Redefine the role of AI in design—co-design with prompts and generative models.

• Shape product strategy in partnership with PMs and engineers, aligning design with evolving user needs.

• Push accessibility beyond compliance, advocating for inclusive experiences.

• Drive business impact by designing solutions that transform markets.

• Deliver high-fidelity interfaces that balance sophistication with visual craft.

• Collaborate with product teams to align capabilities with authentic user needs.

• Explore and prototype new paradigms in interaction and orchestration design.

• Contribute to a design language that communicates intelligence with clarity and confidence.

• Partner with motion and interaction designers to refine system behaviors and feedback loops.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

• Comfort designing with AI-driven capabilities and systems.

• Experience creating for emerging behaviors and new interaction paradigms.

• Ability to partner effectively with motion and interaction designers to bring experiences to life.

• Strong background in art direction and building scalable design systems.

• Prototyping in tools like Framer, ProtoPie.
