The Materials Supervisor is responsible for operations and transportation to support movement of non-inventory materials. Responsible for performing the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, storing and distributing of GMP and non-GMP materials. Responsible for managing warehouse activities and performance and leading a group of material handlers.

This position is part of the Materials Team and will be located in Fremont “EBLC – East Bay Logistics Centre”. The schedule for this role will be 6am-6:30pm, with a rotating schedule of Sunday to Wednesday one week and Sunday to Tuesday the following week. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, put-away, storing, picking and distributing of GMP and non-GMP materials.
• Ensure that the warehouse is operating under strict GMP guidelines.
• Identify operational issues and process improvement opportunities to management, propose solutions.
• Engage with cross functional groups to facilitate problem resolution and continuous improvements.
• Ensures all warehouse staff are trained properly to operate all warehouse equipment
• Implement effective countermeasures and monitor sustainment of audit findings

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school degree with 8+ years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience or demonstrated supervisory skills required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP required.
• Must be able to operate forklift (reach truck and rider)
• Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50Lbs.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• SAP experience
• Able to operate forklift (reach truck and rider)

The salary range for this role is $93,100 to $162,900. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
