Project Manager

Sunlighten is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Custom Sauna Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Our Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing large-scale commercial sauna projects, from the initial sale of the sauna to design, logistics, shipment, assembly, and client interaction. This position requires a strong understanding of project timelines, effective stakeholder management, technical acumen, and a customer-centric approach. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of custom sauna projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Collaborate with the sales team to help originate opportunities, understand client needs, provide technical expertise, and contribute to successful project completion.
• Work closely with clients and design teams to develop customized sauna solutions, leveraging CAD and SolidWorks skills.
• Manage the logistics of sauna components, coordinating shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.

• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, proactively identifying and addressing potential delays or issues.
• Ensure the quality and accuracy of sauna components and installations, meeting or exceeding client expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a professional and customer-presentable demeanor.
• Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to sauna installations.

• Utilize Salesforce and other project management tools to track project progress and manage client information effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or construction-related industry.
• Proficiency in CAD, Salesforce, and SolidWorks is highly desirable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
