Humana is seeking a marketing savvy, strategy and solutions oriented, highly organized, Senior Project Manager to join our innovative team at The Hive, Humana’s in-house agency. As the Senior Project Manager, you will manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. You will manage complex work, make things happen, ensure creative materials meet the highest quality standards and deliver on time, in budget to hit all target deadlines. Key Role Functions

• Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project

• Monitor progress and performance against the project plan

• Take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays

• Identify, develop and gather the resources to complete the project

• Develop project schedules, budgets and forecasts

• Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors

• Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project

• Set priorities, allocate tasks and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of project management experience, including tracking and planning projects

• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint

• Experience presenting to stakeholders and/or Senior Leadership 

• Knowledge of both agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

• Ability to aggregate data, assess trends, and change course when needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Marketing or agency experience

• Prior work history in a fast paced environment

• At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested

• Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership

• Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense.

• Humana will provide Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees with telephone equipment appropriate to meet the business requirements for their position/job.

• Work from a dedicated space lacking ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI / HIPAA information
