Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a deep understanding of JD Edwards (JDE)? Trissential is seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our client’s team in a hybrid role. In this position, you’ll take the lead on key initiatives related to reporting, menu management, security, and data archiving, while also gathering and analyzing business requirements to drive process improvements. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Join our client’s team as a key Business Analyst, leading initiatives focused on reporting frameworks, menu configurations, security protocols, and data archiving solutions
• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements to develop effective, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate needs into actionable plans
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to support data-driven decision-making
• Manage and optimize menu configurations to align with operational requirements
• Oversee security protocols to maintain compliance and safeguard data integrity
• Implement and optimize data archiving solutions for improved accessibility and storage efficiency

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working with JD Edwards (JDE).
• Proven ability to lead initiatives related to reporting, security, menus, and data management
• Strong documentation skills, with experience producing reports for executive review
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring attention to detail
• Proficiency in impact analysis, budget forecasting, and developing onboarding frameworks
• Knowledge of compliance requirements for regulated projects
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
• Experience in managing complex projects and engaging multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to compile executive-level reports on project progress and outcomes

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
