What You’ll Do

• Prepare daily lunch, dinner, and two snacks for teens and staff

• Design weekly menus that have to be approved and are both nutritious and comforting

• Follow all food safety, dietary, and health regulations (ServSafe standards)

• Order supplies, track inventory, and manage a monthly food budget

• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive kitchen environment

• Support a therapeutic community through caring and consistent service

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as a chef or cook in residential, school, health care, or similar settings

• ServSafe (or equivalent) certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work collaboratively

• Passion for using food to build connection and care

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience working with teens or behavioral health settings

• A desire to combine culinary skills with a greater purpose

• Must pass a background check and TB test

• Reliable transportation to our Danville location
