Support Representative, Patient Financial Services (PFS)

Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Patient Financial Services (PFS) Support Representative to join our team! Come join us as a Partner for Good and help us make an impact on the care and experience that our patients and their families receive every day.
Position Summary:
Interfaces with Patient Financial Services staff, patients, attorneys, medical facilities, and insurance companies to ensure the prompt and appropriate billing of accounts. Supports and assists in the timely and efficient operation of various Patient Financial Services functions. Effective performance of these functions helps the organization achieve strong cash flow and maximize patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail.
- Oral and written communication skills of a level satisfactory to effectively communicate with customers, payers, employees and others as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Office experience and strong computer navigation skills
- Multiple application PC experience preferred.
