Work Location: Remote with onsite as needed

Work Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

​​​​​​​Here is what you will need:

 

• High School diploma;
• Two years of healthcare registration or customer service experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology, preferred;
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and short correspondence;
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but sometimes complex written or oral instructions;
• Ability to perform basic mathematic calculations
• Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite: knowledge of RIS software preferred

 

A Day in the Life of a Revenue Cycle Support Specialist:

• Provide services and support for the following areas:
• Understands, promotes, and demonstrates the Solis Way.
• Accurately inputs all patient and visit information, while also verifying the accuracy of existing information, within the timeframe given.
• Schedules and reschedules patients as necessary.
• Works efficiently off a queue to move appointment and other patient information between various connected and unconnected systems.
• Effectively communicates information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Participates in training to stay abreast of front office policy and procedures.
