Senior Producer, Content & Web (Freelance)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Producer to join our dynamic team at Instrument. This role requires a unique blend of skills, combining expertise in both content/photoshoot production and website redesign projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects from concept to completion, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.

What You'll Do

• Lead and oversee the production of our project where the focus is a blend of content/photoshoot and website redesign.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, strategists, and clients, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for project updates and feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and creative environment, encouraging innovation and teamwork.

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in a production role, with a focus on both content/photoshoot and website redesign projects.
• Strong project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Pay Range

• The expected pay range for this role is $65-84 per hour
• Our company has three regional pay bands that it adheres to depending on your location, we reference them as US 1, US 2, and US 3.
• US 3 is our base pay. Examples of cities in US 3 are Portland, Houston and Miami.
• US 2 pay is 7.5% higher than US 3 to meet the market rates. Examples of cities in US 2 are Los Angeles, Chicago and Seattle.
• US 1 pay is 15% higher than US 3 to meet market rates. Examples of cities in US 1 are ​​Brooklyn and San Francisco.
