Job Description Summary:
The Sr. Director of Contract Process, Credentialing, and AIC is responsible for the design and implementation of all processes related to OPCH expansion into AICs, including build out of contracting and credentialing teams. This role will lead Contract Management Systems for the organization which will enable electronic workflows and approval, as well as contract inventory, and retention. The Sr. Director will works collaboratively to develop Contracting Department policies and procedures to support effective communications and training for all third party agreement implementations. This position also has direct responsibility for leading and managing the credentialing department which enables us to stay contracted with all third party payers, and for nursing subcontract arrangements, as well as for the administrator of the newly developed contract management system.Job Description:
Responsible for the development of the team, processes, procedures, and reporting for the Ambulatory Infusion Clinic execution in collaboration with IT, AIC, Operations, Commercial, and Finance teams.
Develops and updates final design and implementation of an electronic Contract Management System along with effective policies and procedures to support seamless implementation, effective monitoring, streamline processes and performance measurement of third party contracts, as well as developing processes for Contract System Management team to ensure effective workflow and timeliness to contract terms that will help drive greater accuracy in our billing and help reduce bad debt.
Leads and manages team responsible for Credentialing for third party payers and Nursing agencies, as well as RFP creation for third party agreement opportunities.
Responsible for development and continual improvement of third party payer implementation processes across all products and services and ensures customer service standards are met.
Ensures that policies and procedures are revised to address any operational issues that are identified that relate to our third party agreements.
Responsible for integration activities as it relates to mergers and acquisitions and how contract integration is achieved.

Basic Education and/or Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and at least 10 (ten) years experience in a combination of Contracting, Finance, Account Management, Pricing and Corporate Strategy.
At least ten (10) years of experience in contract analysis and administration.
At least five (5) years of experience planning, developing, and managing departmental expense budgets.
At least five (5) years of experience directly managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing people as they work.
Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership, and strong communication and relationship building skills
Experience with leading complex integration projects
Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
Experience collaborating with internal and resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within established timelines.
