Merchandiser - Travel Team

Hiring Event - July 14th, 8am - 12pm  & July 15th, 12;00pm - 4:00pm

Location - Orgill Innovation Center 

4027 Bailey Station Road, Collierville, TN 38017

 

Position based in Collierville, TN | Travel Required (70–75%)

What You'll Do

• Set up fixtures, displays, and store layouts
• Merchandise products and execute planograms
• Assist with new store openings, remodels, and store conversions
• Use handheld technology for pricing, inventory, and product placement
• Work alongside a team to deliver high-quality projects on schedule
• Travel extensively throughout the year, including overnight stays

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be 21 years of age or older due to business travel requirements, including rental vehicles and hotel accommodations
• Ability to travel 3 weeks at a time to include weekends
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Retail merchandising, hardware, home improvement, or construction-related experience is a plus—but we'll train the right person

Physical Requirements

• Lift, move, and stock merchandise up to 100 pounds
• Climb ladders and work on your feet throughout the day
• Bend, reach, push, pull, and perform physical retail setup work
