The Job: 

As a Sr Supply Planner, you will produce a unit-level constrained supply plan that drives product availability in the right place, at the right time, in the right amount against the system demand, perform rough cut capacity planning, evaluation of actual performance to plan, and perform root cause corrective action to supply issues (OTIF, inventory, schedule adherence). This role plays an integral part in strategic initiatives to improve supply plan feasibility performance, OTIF, inventory, and prevent missed sales and drives alignment with key demand planning partners. Specifically, you’ll:

• Create and maintain supply plans to demand
• Propose and implement solutions to improve supply planning processes and correlated success metrics (e.g. product availability, capacity-to-demand ratios, plan adherence etc.)
• Connect to stakeholders upstream (plant-level planning) and downstream (demand planning) to identify and correct potential breakage points
• Develop detailed guidelines on scenario-based planning, capacity simulations and decision thresholds

The Person:  

You’re a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have: 

• Bachelor’s degree required; Supply Chain or Engineering preferred
• 3-5 years of supply planning required
• In-depth understanding of relevant supply chain impacts, segmentation approaches, material replenishment strategies
• Solid understanding of supply and production practices and procedures
• Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge
• Knowledge and experience with advanced planning systems
• ERP experience required, SAP ECC/S4 HANA
• Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of working across large groups of stakeholders
• Experience in training teams on best practices
• Continuous improvement mindset and openness to change
• Driver, influencing without authority
• Process management, ownership
