RESPONSIBILITIES

 

As our Global Senior Buyer IT, you will deliver required value and benefits for Coty through the entire process, i.e from Sourcing until Purchase-to- pay including Supplier Relationship Management.

 

Your main focus:

 

• Lead IT sourcing initiatives (RFP, negotiation, contract renewal, etc.)

• Collaborate with external partners and internal teams (IT, Digital, finance, legal, etc..) for optimal support and conditions

• Develop and execute long-term strategic plans with Global Procurement Category Director IT & Digital

• Lead complex sourcing projects aligned with category plan

• Strategic Supplier Relationship Management

• Ensure best ROI, innovation, quality, services, and cost competitiveness

• Support business and Procurement objectives

 

 

The team consists of 2 Senior Buyers, reporting to the Global Procurement Category Director IT & Digital.

 

 

YOU ARE A COTY FIT

 

You are results orientated, confident, have the ability to work autonomously and possess strong business acumen.

As an experienced Global Senior Buyer IT you will have the ability to work across different levels in the organization (across different teams) and feel energised from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment.

 

Other than that, you will have :

• Business/Procurement graduate, ideally with post-graduate qualification
• 4+ years experience in multinational, complex, and dynamic company
• Preferred: IT procurement experience with demanding business objectives
• Preferred: Proven experience in Indirect Procurement (BPO, Telecom, software, hardware, consulting)
• Near native English proficiency
