In addition to the local responsibilities, this role will be supporting the financial performance management of the product line through strong collaboration with team members in other factories to ensure standardized and optimal level of performance.</span></span></span></p> <p><span><span><span>Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span><span>Perform various analyses on a monthly and ad hoc basis, identifying areas of opportunity and actions for improvement,</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Ensure all accruals are revalued as necessary,</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Conduct analysis for optimization of supply chain costs and cash drivers such as procurement, freight, cost reduction, and inventories,</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Perform investigations and deep dives on monthly closing findings, providing insights on the impact over future performance and necessary process improvements,</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Prepare the monthly plant forecast, including deviation analysis compared to the budget and previous forecasts,</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget,</span></span></span></li> <li><span><span><span>Meets targets provided by the Controller/Leadership.</span></span></span></li> </ul><h2><b>Background &amp; Skills</b></h2> <p><span>At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
