Description: The System Engineer on TTO5 will be supporting a fast-moving team responsible for the integration of mobile automation and testing capabilities. The candidate will work, hands-on, with the customer and other stakeholders to support the automating and managing of mission critical mobile devices, infrastructure, and dataflow. You'll be at the forefront of operationalizing mobile technologies directly impacting mission success through your technical expertise. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll tackle challenging problems that require creative solutions to automate mobile workflows and reduce operational complexity. This position combines hands-on development with strategic thinking, making you a key contributor to our mission-focused mobile technology initiatives that deliver real-world impact.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot highly complex, mission critical data flows for customers.
- Coordinate with Operations and Capabilities organizations to enable end-to-end automation and testing capabilities.
- Develop and leverage relationships with corporate consumers of data, and corporate repository stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Analysts and consumers of corporate tools and repositories to troubleshoot data quality and integrity issues.
- Develop and document complex mission CONOPs clearly and concisely.
- Develop and implement test plans.
- Documentation of tool development and testing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Extensive experience interacting with mission customers.
- Experience with software that is leveraged to explain and document complex system interactions (e.g., Confluence/Gliffy, Vizio).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to grasp complex dataflow and automation concepts.
- Experience guiding system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans.
- Experience assisting with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
- Automation of test cases through the use of software tools, and systems.
- Working in an agile environment, continuous delivery of capabilities.
- Supporting operational scenarios.
- Monitoring the transition of tools in production, monitoring dataflow and deployed systems.
- Experience working within the CNO customer space.
- Familiarity with CNO dataflow systems.
- Knowledge of mobile platforms, applications, and software.
- Experience with background developing, troubleshooting, and/or integrating complex distributed software systems.
- Experience with CI/CD processes and systems.
