Corporate Credit Risk Manager, Vice President

Position Overview:
    The Corporate Credit Risk Manager VP role is responsible for supporting our Corporate Hedging and Derivatives Portfolio as well as other corporate exposure through the firm.  Main responsibilities include ongoing portfolio maintenance via annual and adhoc credit reviews, and onboarding of new client relationships. Candidate will be required to conduct due diligence and assemble approval documentation. The candidate will also work on portfolio reporting, portfolio exercises and senior management requests.  

 

Basic Requirements: 
•    Production of initiation and annual reviews for single name credits with a detailed analysis of financial operating metrics and forward-looking view. This includes the assignment and maintenance of a PD rating.
•    Ability to conduct due diligence with client management teams
•    Analysis of portfolio metrics and ability to determine vulnerabilities 
•    Strong communication skills with ability to present findings and views to senior credit officers
•    Ability to monitor corporate counterparties and raise credit concerns
•    Partner with operating officer group and execute on reporting related tasks
•    Ability to learn new technology and reporting methods
 

Desired Skills
•    Previous corporate credit risk experience of 5-8+ years 
•    Financial statement analysis, and basic three statement modeling
•    Strong skills in Microsoft Office products  
•    Highly organized individual able to produce and maintain documentation and follow processes


 

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range of $175,000 - $225,000.00
