Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior in-house attorneys on a variety of projects to support the legal needs of our business units and address emerging legal issues in areas like intellectual property (IP), privacy, artificial intelligence (AI), employment, litigation, contracting, and commercial law.
- Contribute to meaningful projects by conducting legal research, engaging with stakeholders on legal matters, and assisting with the preparation of presentations or summaries on recent legal developments.
- Participate in the legal review of documents and work alongside in-house attorneys to explore practical solutions to evolving challenges and arising legal issues.
- Partner with IP professionals to gain hands-on experience in developing patent strategies and understanding the IP process for new inventions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Law Student
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience
