Title: Event Coordinator
About this Job
Energy CX is looking for an Event Coordinator to support our sales and marketing teams by planning, executing, and optimizing events that generate pipeline and strengthen client relationships. This is a highly cross-functional, detail-oriented role perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional with experience in event planning, logistics, or marketing.
You’ll be responsible for managing event logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, building attendee profiles, and supporting post-event lead generation—all while gaining hands-on experience across demand generation and field marketing.
Objectives of the Role
- Drive brand visibility and relationship-building through strategic event planning and execution
- Support revenue growth by aligning events with pipeline generation and client engagement goals
- Strengthen collaboration between Sales and Marketing through cross-functional event initiatives
- Build foundational marketing experience with exposure to tools, systems, and processes that support career growth
Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Plan and manage 5–8 external sales events at a time, ensuring alignment with Sales and Marketing goals
- Coordinate all logistics, including travel, ticketing, attendee lists, sponsorship materials, and on-site execution
- Maintain attendee communications and update lead data in HubSpot for accurate follow-up
- Collaborate on pre- and post-event materials such as emails, case studies, gifting, and nurture campaigns
- Support lead generation by analyzing attendee profiles and helping Sales prioritize outreach
- Track and report on event performance metrics (attendance, cost, meetings booked) to evaluate ROI
- Travel to key events to support execution, lead targeting, and team coordination
- Plan and host Energy CX events such as our Meta24 charity gala
Skills & Qualifications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- Excellent communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and vendors
- Strong project management skills; able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Takes initiative and ownership; follows through without needing constant direction - Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Canva/Figma, and task managers (e.g., Monday.com) is a plus
- Previous experience in event coordination or marketing support is helpful but not required
