Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the scoping, assessment, planning, design, quality standards, and technical documentation for the implementation, support, and managing of enterprise cloud solutions.
- Analyzes, defines, and documents technical requirements/diagrams for a system, considering its interfaces and interdependencies with other systems. Interfaces with infrastructure teams, Product Owners, SMEs, and/or Customers to clarify requirements, including those that involve multiple interdependent systems/applications, simplifying where possible.
- Support of custom applications and vendor products
- Facilitates Security and Compliance reviews and manages necessary fixes
- Coordinates with client Tech SMEs and/or vendors to resolve systems issues, identify RCA, and plan preventative measures.
- Leads a core support team of Technical Contributors, providing work direction, guidance, and coaching.
- Conducts Technical Assessments and outlines growth areas for the technical team, providing ongoing feedback and motivation.
- Stays current on training and certifications, product knowledge and industry trends
- Business Knowledge:
- Maintains an extensive understanding of the company intranet strategies and business objectives. Assesses the impact, cost and value of business requests based on various factors.
- Proactively pivots to align with the changing technology landscape and business needs.
- Adjusts to strategic changes within technology and can articulate how those changes will impact platforms from a technical perspective and what's needed to mitigate.
- Communication
- This role is seen by the Customer as a key point of contact within client. Must have the ability to influence and manage customer expectations while providing prompt and complete technical solutions/service.
- Forms collaborative relationships with internal and external technical teams and vendor communities.
- Able to balance and negotiate the needs of multiple customers and communicate the business advantages of various technical solutions.
- Experience And Education:
- 5+ years of leading technical team and doing low level technical design and development on any headless CMS based platform like ServiceNow Service Platform with Intellective
- Wonder plug-in OR Microsoft SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, etc. Expert in REST API integrations and hosting on Azure.
Technologies:
- Experience in developing headless CMS application on platforms like ServiceNow Service Platform with Intellectives Wonder plug-in OR Microsoft SharePoint, Drupal, WordPress, etc.
- REST API integrations and/or creating new APIs on Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Good understanding of WCMS.
- Clear on headless architecture concepts
- Any experience on development on ServiceNow platform is a plus.
- Source code management (Github)
- HTML 5
- jQuery/ javascript, Angular or REACT.
- IDPs and SSO (Okta, Duo, Azure AD)
