YOUR ROLE
The Product Marketing Associate (PMA) executes on go-to-market strategy by developing product briefs, working with the art team to bring multi-channel product campaigns to life and managing product content across a variety of marketing assets. This member of the Stio® brand team works closely with the Senior Brand Manager, Brand Director and Product Line Managers to support the development of campaigns that shape the customer experience of Stio apparel. The PMA also manages a number of seasonal GTM milestones including product content development, product descriptions, product naming, hang tag development, merchandising support for photoshoots, product line training, photo sample orders and coordination, and the auditing of product content across website PDPs, catalogs & workbooks. This role is integral in supporting product positioning, competitor research and will develop a mastery in understanding the Stio customer and how to engage them through product campaigns.
The Product Marketing Associate reports to the Senior Brand Manager. This role can be remote but does require travel to Jackson and other locations 10-15% of the time.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand seasonal product development and support briefing for go-to-market strategy
- Drive briefs for select apparel & accessories categories
- Strategize creative assets (lifestyle images, videos, etc) to support product stories
- Manage marketing materials including seasonal workbooks, hangtags, retail assets, etc. to hit key timelines
- Manage and coordinate the seasonal product content in Pimberly, a product content management system
- Support development of monthly catalogs and weekly email campaigns
- Support the execution of product descriptions and naming process
- Drive seasonal merchandising tools for cross-channel use (photoshoots, website collections, retail, etc.)
- Support merchandising for lifestyle photoshoots, video, website collections
- Create cross-functional seasonal product line training
- Manage ordering and receiving of photo samples for seasonal use
- Additional responsibilities as necessary

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required
- 2 + years of product marketing experience required - Direct to Consumer, retail or agency environment preferred
- Understanding of product marketing timelines
- Proven experience concepting and executing on go-to-market strategies
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timeline
- Understanding of color, textures, styling and product categories to drive merchandising recommendations
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with teams at every level of seniority
- Proficient writer, copy proofer and editor with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products
- Asana and Miro work collaboration experience preferred

We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base salary range is $48,000 - $60,000. It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
