Ultimately, a top-notch PMO should be well organized and able to work under pressure. The objective of this role is to ensure a successful transformation through structured management of various projects and stakeholders.</p><ul><li>Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.</li><li>Implementing, using and protecting a service line overarching governance for all prioritised projects.</li><li>Being able to provide an overview of all current activities suitable for management at any time and identify the blind spots.</li><li>Collecting, deducing and providing status information, financial reports and budget outlines to Executives.</li><li>Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards.</li><li>Developing new and improving existing PMO policies and processes.</li><li>Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
