We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our rehabilitation team. Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, the PTA will assist in implementing treatment plans to help patients recover mobility, relieve pain, and improve overall physical function. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Physical Therapist (PT) in executing patient treatment plans based on individualized goals and diagnoses.

• Guide patients through exercises, therapeutic activities, and mobility training as prescribed by the PT.

• Monitor and document patient progress, responses, and any changes in condition, reporting to the PT as needed.

• Provide education and encouragement to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation techniques and home exercises.

• Use therapeutic equipment and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy safely and effectively.

• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) in compliance with regulations and facility policies.

• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.

• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Education & Licensing:

• Associate degree from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE)-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

• Valid state licensure or certification t
