Impact You’ll Make
Play a pivotal role in building Stout’s talent pipeline by identifying and engaging exceptional candidates aligned with our firm’s values and growth goals.
Support the recruiting team by managing candidate scheduling, tracking, and coordination to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Contribute to the success of hiring initiatives by delivering qualified, well-vetted candidates across multiple business lines.
Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business needs and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
Enhance the team’s overall recruiting effectiveness by maintaining accurate data, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.
Support a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects Stout’s commitment to Relentless Excellence®.
What You’ll Do
Begin by supporting interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and applicant tracking activities across multiple business lines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday) and CRM tools.
Develop and maintain organized talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs.
Track and report on sourcing activity, pipeline status, and key recruiting metrics.
Stay informed about market trends, competitive intelligence, and emerging sourcing tools or strategies.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or a related talent acquisition role (corporate or agency experience welcomed).
Strong organizational skills with proven experience in managing scheduling and candidate tracking processes.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (Workday experience a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates professionally and authentically.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with keen attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform sourcing strategies and hiring decisions.
