Head of Finance, Sr. Finance Operations Manager

Location: Vienna, Austria (Hybrid, 2 days in the Hub)

Compensation: €90K - 120K (gross annual, plus shares package)

Your profile

• You are a smart, experienced Finance Professional, with +10 years of experience in finance & business management. 

• You are experienced in running a business profitably. 

• You are an ops person, love processes and are acquainted with HR processes and its legal aspects. 

• You are a domain expert in finance, have worked with various mid-sized companies as finance manager. 

• You are a great communicator and would love to have customer contact while running operations. You are eager to build processes around customer success, meaning our

• onboarding program for customers, renewal management, subscriptions and retention management.

• You are extremely process driven, operations savvy and detail oriented. 

• You love to streamline operations, build and adjust processes and are stress resistant. 

• If you want to be a strategic sparring partner to the CEO. Then this is your job!

Your responsibilities

• Be our senior finance professional and operations manager

• You are a senior strategic partner to our business analyst who currently runs finances & HR and payroll

• You strategically steer our company towards profitability and streamline everyone to focus on profitable growth

• You make our go-to-market operations scalable

• You are open to work with customers, do hands-on onboardings, help build the customer success team and processes around it

• You know our product inside out and become a product expert in our FP&A software
