Job Description

About the role:

As a Pharmacy Manager at KabaFusion, you will have oversight of the pharmacy.  From the clean room to staff oversight, working with the warehouse to coordinating distribution along with recruitment and performance reviews; you’ll have your hand in it all. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Participates/assists the Distribution Supervisor or designate in the procurement of drugs, supplies and equipment used in preparing and administering drugs.
• Maintains clinical skills and knowledge of pharmacotherapy and intravenous therapy by reviewing the literature and attending in-services, seminars, and conferences.
• Performs duties of the staff pharmacist, as necessary.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (Doctor of Pharmacy preferred)
• Currently licensed as a pharmacist in the state of employment
• 5+ years of home infusion therapy experience
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience
