Showroom & Influencer Assistant

Greeting visitors, booking in appointments and general reception duties</li> <li>Place daily orders for the wider Influencer team</li> </ul><ul><li>Taking appointments daily with Influencers, press, stylists and VIP guests</li></ul><ul><li>Support the team with all campaign gifting / social initiatives </li></ul><ul><li>Book in weekly content appointments across Tik Tok and YouTube ensuring equipment is looked after and set up for content days in the content room</li></ul><ul><li>Manage the upkeep and merchandising of the Paris showroom including making orders for every new campaign drop</li></ul><ul><li>Merchandising the showroom area </li></ul><ul><li>Update weekly showroom appointment document</li></ul><ul> <li>Assist the team on wider events, Influencer campaign launches, trips, dinners</li> <li>Manage the intake and flow of PR samples to media and external agencies and ensure they are recorded, monitored, tracked and stored appropriately and returned in a timely and organized manner</li> </ul><p><br/></p><p><strong>Working with us</strong><br/></p><p>We don’t call ourselves the PLT family for nothing – you can feel the buzz and atmosphere as soon as you walk into the office.
