About the role

<p>As a Thread Service Account Manager you will ensure the efficient execution and continuous improvement of maintenance contracts with our clients. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will combine technical understanding, contract management, and business acumen to deliver high-quality service while identifying opportunities for value creation and growth.</p><p> <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> <strong>Contract Management &amp; Execution</strong> </p><ul><ul><li>Ensure the smooth running of maintenance contracts with clients, including contracting, monitoring, reporting, invoicing, compliance, updates, and quotations</li><li>Manage contract lifecycle activities with accuracy and rigor</li></ul><li> <strong>Client Interface</strong> </li><ul><li>Act as the main point of contact for customers on all contract-related matters (KPIs, performance, invoicing, service quality)</li><li>Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and long-term collaboration</li></ul><li> <strong>Project Management</strong> </li><ul><li>Coordinate and oversee the transition (handover) of customer sites from deployment to maintenance teams</li><li>Plan, track, and manage maintenance activities to ensure timely and efficient delivery</li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across projects and contracts</li></ul><li> <strong>Supplier &amp; Partner Management</strong> </li><ul><li>Oversee supplier maintenance contracts (setup, follow-up, compliance)</li><li>Monitor supplier performance on customer sites (contracts, guarantees, spare parts availability, SLAs)</li></ul><li> <strong>Performance &amp; Reliability Improvement</strong> </li><ul><li>Analyze technical maintenance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities</li><li>Contribute to enhancing system reliability and operational performance</li></ul><li> <strong>Business Development &amp; Upsell</strong> </li><ul><li>Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing contracts (aftersales services, upgrades, extensions)</li><li>Support the development of additional service offerings, contributing to revenue growth</li></ul></ul>
