The Coca-Cola Company is embarking on a comprehensive digital transformation, focusing on revolutionizing our End-to-End (E2E) SAP and Supply Chain processes and systems. We're on the hunt for an innovative and experienced Sr. Director IT - Global IT Supply Chain Lead.
As a Sr. Director, you will be the cornerstone for program management across E2E Supply chain process, shouldering the task of crafting and delivering end-to-end solutions that bolster our business operations and achieve strategic objectives. You'll take the lead on Architecture and Operations within Technical & Supply Chain, steering the development and synchronization of our technology roadmaps, and capably guiding a proficient global team, inclusive of approximately 10 KO associates and additional Contingency Workers.
Your hands-on leadership will be critical in constructing, validating, and deploying the S/4 Hana solution for master data, ensuring a resilient supply chain process flow. As a key figure, you'll have the charge of seamlessly weaving together the various threads of Supply Planning, Demand and Inventory Planning, Automation and Orchestration, and SAP ARIBA Procurement functions, catalyzing groundbreaking initiatives that forge the path of our digital evolution.

What You’ll Do for Us
The Role has multiple responsibilities to own and support
- Directs the planning and delivery of TI&SC projects and services to the NAOU business and manages the relationship between TI&SC and NAOU leadership.
- Directs the business demand process by anticipating, identifying, influencing, and prioritizing business needs for IT services and technologies in assigned business areas and functions.
- Establishes and manages strategic relationships between TI&SC and NAOU business partners to ensure TI&SC plans and development efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Collaborates with IT leadership peers in the definition, development, and maintenance of IT strategic and operational plans that support the company mission, values, and business objectives
- Builds and enables a team of managers who establish effective and trusting working relationships with all their business and IT partners
- Builds and manages a TI&SC Support organization to minimize NAOU supply chain disruptions
- Maintains an expert knowledge of business processes, industry trends, and IT systems to better communicate IT capabilities and support IT solutions development
- Propose technology for NAOU Contract Manufacturing and NAOU plants in alignment with TI&SC and NAOU strategy
- Oversees the communication, development, and management of the TI&SC project portfolio in areas of responsibility
- Plans and conducts regular governance meetings with business leadership to review IT initiatives and ensure clear communication of business demand and service delivery capabilities
- Educates the assigned business area members as needed on IT processes, methodologies, constraints, and capabilities
- Proactively identifies project risks and issues; helps determine necessary escalation, mitigation, and resolution steps
- Prepares project roadmaps, directs the planning and approval phases of IT projects, and manages the IT project portfolio for the assigned business areas and functions
- Participate in Annual Business Planning for all NAOU TI&SC
- Define TI&SC strategy for onboarding of future Solution Integrators and partners
- Manage multiple Solution Integrators and partners across development, support and implementation projects
