Description & Requirements

Within this role, you will be responsible for providing Sales and Use Tax Compliance services to ensure the clients of Forvis Mazars are adhering to tax regulations. 
The position will include a steady and stable workload to assist with the day-to-day aspects of compliance and compliance related services for our clients. 
 How you will contribute:

• Prepare sales and use tax data from clients to be used in sales and use tax return processing
• Prepare and file sales and use tax returns for various tax jurisdictions
• Manage compliance with state and local tax laws as well as maintain accurate tax records
• Electronically file sales and use tax returns on the tax jurisdiction's website
• Process sales and use tax payments for clients as part of the return filing process
• Obtain a working knowledge of the sales and use tax return preparation software
