Experienced Forklift Operator - 1st Shift

The Role:

We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Experienced Forklift Operator who brings energy and material handling expertise to the table. In this role, you’ll move, distribute, stock, ship and/or receive parts and equipment while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Operating a forklift 50% or more of your workday.
• Performing a variety of stocking duties typically including but not limited to: picking, marshaling, sorting, packing, stacking, loading and labeling.
• Keeping accurate records of all transactions.
• Utilizing internal computer systems for inventory control and accuracy; including completing cycle counts.
• You’ll be the go-to warehouse partner for a variety of internal customers.
• Collaborating with multiple departments to resolve routine issues.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of one year forklift operation experience
• Basic computer skills

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to comprehend verbal and written work instructions
• Excellent communication skills

Where and When You’ll Work:

• This is an in-person role located at our Greene, NY warehouse and manufacturing sites—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
• You will be working 1st Shift (6am – 2:30pm) with potential overtime hours based on business needs.

 

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

 

Wage - $20.00 - $21.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.

Qualifications
