The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Analytics and CRO initiatives, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.<p></p><p>Job Title:</p>Senior Analytics and CRO Consultant<p></p><p>Job Description:</p><p>Key responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Guiding clients through digital transformation processes with empathy and understanding of their needs.</li><li>Creating presentations and data-based reports for clients and/or internal teams. Conducting ad-hoc analyses (campaign flights, channel performance, funnel analysis, etc.).</li><li>Generating reports in Looker Studio.</li><li>Managing the Google Analytics console and implementing tracking via tag manager.</li><li>Defining measurement strategy and monitoring KPIs in accordance with the client.</li><li>Collaborating with company teams to understand client needs.</li><li>Coordinating and supervising projects related to Digital Analytics, involving all stakeholders</li></ul><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Experience of at least 2/3 years in setting up tracking systems and reporting for medium to large clients on Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics platform</li><li>Degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics or Physical sciences</li><li>Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics</li><li>Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch</li><li>Knowledge and use of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (Adobe Target, Contentsquare or others)</li><li>Excellent skills in using Google Presentation (or Powerpoint) and Google Sheet (or Excel)</li><li>Basic knowledge of Web Marketing, SEO, and SEM</li><li>Excellent knowledge of the Italian language</li><li>Good knowledge of the English language</li></ul><p></p><p>Additional Information </p><p></p><p>We work with highly motivated people, who support and enrich each other.
